From Oregon fields to your supply chain:

Upcycled Hemp Fiber.

We turn what’s left behind into what’s needed next

Scope 3 Solutions partners with farms and manufacturers to transform overlooked agricultural byproducts into high-value source materials.

Our mission is to reduce waste, build regenerative supply chains, and tackle the world’s hardest ESG challenge: Scope 3 emissions.

Why Scope 3?

Scope 3 emissions are the hidden bulk of your footprint — and the hardest to control.

Upstream and downstream activities — from farming inputs to product end-of-life — account for over 70% of most companies’ emissions.

We help you address these blind spots through regenerative sourcing, waste diversion, and traceable, low-impact materials.

Look again.

Everything belongs.

OUR CURRENT INITIATIVE

From Field to Fiber

Oregon Hemp has a circularity issue.

Millions of pounds of plant materials are wasted annually, that could be used for essential manufacturing of textiles, composites, and more.

We're fixing a broken supply chain.

How we do it

Our Field to Fiber initiative solves two major problems at once: costly waste for farmers, and unreliable fiber for manufacturers. We work with Oregon farms to collect post-harvest hemp stalks — a byproduct usually discarded or burned — and upcycle them into clean, strong fiber that replaces virgin materials in textiles and composites.

Our innovative material processing technology also enables us to consume more material and produce more quality fiber than traditional systems.

Turning waste into impact

For Farmers

After harvest, Oregon hemp farms are left with mountains of stalks — difficult to manage, time-consuming to remove, and risky to leave or burn.

We make it easy. S3S coordinates collection and gives that material a new purpose, helping you clear your fields with less hassle and greater impact.

  • Reduce post-harvest workload

  • Lower fire and compliance risk

  • Put leftover biomass to good use

Less waste. Less work. Less worry.

For Manufacturers

Manufacturers struggle with unreliable fiber sourcing — from costly imports to inconsistent domestic supply.

Our upcycled hemp fiber is sourced from local farms. It’s clean, consistent, and engineered to meet the needs of textile and composite producers seeking traceable, sustainable materials.

  • Build resilient, regional supply chains

  • Hit ESG targets with true circular sourcing

  • Improve product quality with engineered fiber

Clean fiber. Circular sourcing. Regional roots.

For Investors

There is currently no industrial-scale hemp fiber processing operation in Oregon. We’re changing that — and going further.

Our team is developing a novel processing system to handle stalks and stems that conventional systems can’t handle, unlocking a massive untapped material stream and creating new value from agricultural waste.

  • Establish first-of-its-kind infrastructure in Oregon

  • Unlock new markets with breakthrough processing technology

  • Scale impact, revenue, and supply chain transformation

We’re building what’s needed — and better.
