Supporting Domestic Innovation for the Right Reasons.
The U.S. is long overdue for a supply chain transformation—and the next wave of innovation won’t come from scaling up more of the same. It will come from rethinking what’s been overlooked. At Scope 3 Solutions, we’re doing exactly that: turning agricultural waste into high-performance, market-ready materials. Not someday—now.
Oregon has no industrial hemp fiber processing capacity. Despite an abundance of raw material, valuable stalks and stems are discarded or burned because there’s no infrastructure to handle them. We’re building the first solution of its kind in the region—and we’re not stopping at replication. We’re engineering a next-generation processing system designed to handle stalks and fiber types that traditional decorticators can’t touch. This is what opens the door to new markets, new applications, and truly circular material sourcing.
For investors who care about climate, regenerative agriculture, domestic industry, or sustainable manufacturing, this is a rare moment to be early—without being speculative. Our model is grounded in traction: secured biomass streams, engaged manufacturing partners, and a clear market need. What we need now is partnership—investors who see the promise in building a better system and want to help us get there faster.
This isn’t about trend-chasing. It’s about building resilient infrastructure, regional prosperity, and climate-aligned industry—from the ground up.
